Why do No18 only sell a small selection of items on your website?
Here at No18 interiors we like to think of ourselves as specialists. We refuse to be perceived as ‘just another online interiors store’. Our ranges are small but expertly curated by an award winning interior designer. Our trend-led collections help to keep things simple and guide you through making a purchase we know you will love.
Is No18 an online only company?
We are indeed and it’s something we’re incredibly proud of. It means we get to bring new collections to you at the click of a button. We’re an interiors business of the future and we hope to completely revolutionise how interior design is perceived. Which means we aim to keep our customers completely up to speed with new interior trends that are not only shoppable but explained in more detail through our monthly #no18styleguide
Is there a No18 show room?
Unfortunately not, but we see this as a positive for you. We don’t have the huge overhead costs, meaning we offer the most amazing furniture and styling items at affordable prices, passing these savings on to you. Perfect!
How frequently do you update your trends?
Just like fashion, interior trends continuously change/evolve…just when you thought black was the new blue, blue is the new black. We aim to change and update our #no18edits on a quarterly basis. This means you are guaranteed to find something different with each website visit and can buy in confidence, knowing that the items on our website are bang on-trend and simply the best available in the marketplace.
I’m dubious about ordering online, I usually like to see items in person before purchasing?
Just like fashion, interior shopping is fast moving online at a rate of knots. But please don’t let this deter you. At No18 we hand select only the finest furniture and styling items. If it isn’t of exceptional quality, bang on-trend, or a stand out item, it quite simply won’t make our website.
What if I find an item on your website cheaper elsewhere?
We’re 99.9% confident you won’t. But if you do, please contact us at email@example.com and we will look into how we can assist you with this. We also offer free UK delivery site wide!
I’ve had to wait months before for a delivery to arrive from another online interiors company, how do I know if an item is in stock?
If you wish to check an item is in stock before purchasing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the product name and quantities required and we will happily assist. All items are delivered within 12 working days and any delays will be notified.
Can we collect our order from your warehouse, rather than waiting for the items to arrive via courier?
If your item is in stock, absolutely. Please email us at email@example.com and we will happily advise/assist with this.
What if I don’t like my item when it arrives?
That’s fine, we’ve all had times when you unpack the box and you’re just not sure. In the unlikely event this happens, you have 10 days to return your item to us in a resalable condition. Please see our delivery & returns T&C’s for further information.
