NO18 PACKAGING & OUR SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT:
The most important thing to us is that your No18 item/items arrive in perfect condition and you’re totally satisfied with the purchase. That's why we take extra measures to make sure they do. We double box smaller items and use lots of recyclable internal packaging. Having said that, we are mindful of our carbon footprint. That’s why we ensure all our cardboard boxes are made using recycled card and they’re totally recyclable for you too.
NO18 QUALITY STAMP:
Every item that leaves our warehouse is quality checked and stamped. Please don't worry, we use a none abrasive, none visible to the human eye stamp. This stamp shows under specialised UV light only. If an item is accepted foe returned in line with our returns policy, upon arrival back to us it will be scanned to check the stamp is visible.
CUSHIONS RETURNS POLICY:
All cushions are hand made to order and are none refundable/exchangeable. If you are unsure of fabric colours or choice, please request a free fabric sample in advance of purchasing.
FAULTY/DAMGAED GOODS POLICY:
No18 items are quality inspected before despatch. On occasion goods can become damaged in transit. Customers must check ALL ITEMS thoroughly after a delivery has been made. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
*Damage claims made after 7 days upon receipt are not valid and are none refundable/exchangeable. Therefore we urge customers check all items upon receipt. This enables us time to make a claim with the courier in question and resolve the situation efficiently for yourself.
NO18 QUALITY STAMP CHECK:
As No18 is an online only company we have had to take extra measures to protect our customers returns policy, ensuring refunds are allocated correctly for items originally purchased from no18. If the No18 stamp isn't visible under our specialised UV light when the item arrives back to us, the item will be posted back to you and no refund processed.
HOW TO RETURN:
*It is our customers responsibility to ensure items arrive safely back to us within 14 days from delivery. No18 reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item returned is damaged due to lack of packaging or not as originally described at the time of the returns request
