NO18 PACKAGING & OUR SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT:
The most important thing to us is that your No18 item/items arrive in perfect condition and you’re totally satisfied with the purchase. That's why we take extra measures to make sure they do. We double box smaller items and use lots of recyclable internal packaging. Having said that, we are mindful of our carbon footprint. That’s why we ensure all our cardboard boxes are made using recycled card and they’re totally recyclable for you too.
OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND TAXES & CHARGES:
Any customs charges and additional tax charges served at the border or by receiving couriers are to be paid by the customer. No18 are not responsible/liable for any additional costs to ship goods outside UK mainland
ORIGINAL DELIVERY COSTS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE
CUSHIONS RETURNS POLICY:
All cushions are hand made to order (bespoke) and are none refundable/exchangeable. If you are unsure of fabric colours or choice, please request a free fabric sample in advance of purchasing.
FAULTY/DAMGAED GOODS POLICY:
No18 items are quality inspected before despatch. On occasion goods can become damaged in transit. Customers must check ALL ITEMS thoroughly after delivery has been made. Damage/manufacturing issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery including picture proof of damage. Under no circumstances should you dispose of a damaged item unless you are advised to do so by No18. Any items disposed of without No18's consent will not be refunded.
No18 will not accept ANY faulty return claims after 7 days regardless of circumstances. We urge customers to thoroughly check goods upon receipt. This policy is also outlined in all email communication regarding your order.
HOW TO RETURN:
*It is the customers responsibility to ensure items arrive safely back to us within 21 days from original delivery. No18 reserve the right to refuse a full refund if the item returned is returned outside these time frames and if the item/s gets damaged due to lack of packaging or not as originally described at the time of the returns request.
